Since 1994 Alexander’s Coffee have been producing award winning baked goods from their in-house bakery. They are made from scratch approach to their baked goods and innovative combinations have won them numerous awards as well as repeat customers from all corners of the globe. All our muffins are made with heart healthy canola oil and quality ingredients that are reflected in the final product.

Scones

Raspberry and White Chocolate scone
This melt in you mouth scone is filled with plump raspberries and chunks of Callebaut Belgian white chocolate
A decadent morning splurge or anytime of day treat.
This one has been requested around the world by many of our foreign customers.

Country Scone
For those that prefer a little dried fruits and grains.
Filled with chunks of apricots, coconut, raisins and hazelnut granola.

Cheese Scone
A classic dotted with shreds of full flavor cheddar. Try it toasted with butter for the ultimate savory treat.

Muffins

Classic Morning Glory
There have been many copy cats on this one but this is the original. Wholesome ingredients and that make this a hearty meal unto itself.
Carrots, pineapple, whole oats and assorted dried fruits round out this magnificent muffin.

Flax ‘n Bran
The ultimate “good for you” muffin with lots of heart healthy ingredients.
Ground flax seed and whole flax seed give your heart an Omega fix. Whole sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, whole oats and apricots round this one out and give it both texture and tons of flavor.

Fruit Muffins
Our assorted fruit muffins each contain over a ¼ cup of plump berries and/or fruit in each one. Talk about getting your fruit servings. Our innovative method of preparing our muffins ensures each muffin contains the same amount of fruit so you are guaranteed to be satisfied.

Delicious any time of day try a Cranberry with Granny Smith Apple, Raspberry and Blackberry, Blueberry or our Fruit Medley filled with juicy sour cherries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, for that moment when you can’t decide.

Pineapple Nut
A no added fat muffin bursting with flavor and a unique custard like texture but also very low in fat. The almonds, though few, add a little crunch and some good for you nut oils to keep you satisfied.

Cookies

Alexander’s Best
This is the ultimate cookie for those that like texture and flavor in every bite.
This moist and chewy cookie is filled with Belgian white chocolate chunks, dark chocolate chunks, apricots, almonds, and raisins. It’s called the “Best” because we think it is.

Nutcracker
Peanut butter with a twist. Not only is it filled with whole oats but also chunks of Belgian white chocolate, whole cashew nuts and completed with Belgian Milk chocolate chunks for the truly satisfying cookie.
Classic Oatmeal
No fancy stuff, just a good old fashioned whole oatmeal. A satisfying treat for anyone.

Alexander’s Wish
Anyone would wish for this, a double dark chocolate chip cookie. Moist and chewy, a pure chocolate fantasy.

Croissants

Classic Black Forest Ham & Cheddar
Light, fluffy and full of flavor, a perfect breakfast treat or savory treat any time of the day

Chocolate Croissant
Heavenly croissant dough dotted with Dark Belgian chocolate throughout and dusted with sugar for the most decadent treat of all.

Cinnamon Buns

Not your typical heavyweight here. This one is made with brioche dough, feathery light and buttery tasting, laced with cinnamon and raisins throughout and topped with a classic sweet cream cheese icing. No icing available on request.

We also offer an assortment of bars, squares, pies and loafs. These are changing daily and never boring.

For your special events, our muffins and scones are available in half sizes in specific quantities by special order only (see catering).
